Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

This self-contained guest suite features 1 large master BDRM with en-suite, 1 double BDRM, a separate bathroom, a cosy lounge, a kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Air conditioning/heating system. Netflix and unlimited WiFi included. It is on the ground floor of our family home with your own separate access & decking. Parking for ONE car on our driveway; there are also free off-street parking. Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.
