Located just west of Goldsboro, the home includes 3 delightful bedrooms with queen beds. Wi-Fi is provided with 2 Smart TV’s, as well as a work area. Shopping & several restaurants are close by and just minutes from Downtown Goldsboro, UNC Wayne Hospital, & Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. The Cornealius Properties wedding venues are both under 10 minutes away.

The She Shed just off I-95!

Fully Renovated "She Shed" in the country! A lovely place to stay the night (or 3) and relax. Full bath contains hot water for a great relaxing shower. Sleeping quarters features a plush queen size bed to catch up on some much needed sleep. Additional sofa bed is located in the living area for extra guests. Equipped with a nicely appointed kitchenette. Whether you are driving through I95 or need a place to stay while in town, this She Shed has it all for a comfy and peaceful stay.

Cabin on Horse & Cattle Ranch Near I-95

Please follow directions for location of cabin and parking. Small cabin with full size bed great for 1 or 2 guests. Located on 90+ acres of horse and cattle ranch. Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. We look forward to having you stay with us! Larger Bunkhouse available for parties of 4-6. Horse layover available for additional fee. Pets $30/night.

Welcome to Black Creek Cottages - Unit #3. Less than 2 miles off I-795 and 8 miles from I-95!! Perfect place to stop if traveling far. Private one bedroom guest house with kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room in a newly renovated farm guest house. This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.
