Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. There is a unique feature light created by Scotland’s “Blazing Blacksmith”. It is a detached stone-built dwelling in its own walled-drive with parking space and mounted charger for electric cars. Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120-year-old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one-bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two-car parking spot and a large garden.
