Enjoy time with the whole family at this cozy place enjoy the entire 3 bedroom 1 bath house on 1225 School Street Indiana Pennsylvania Beautiful yard, only two blocks to downtown Philadelphia street Indiana Regional Medical Center and Indiana Univeristy of Pennsylvania. Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This room was added to the Cornell Creamery self-serve yogurt/ice cream shop around 2014. We have turned it into a private room for Kencove employees and Airbnb. Walmart, Sheetz, McDonalds, Starbucks, Dunkin, Taco Bell, Trailways Bus stop are very close. There are 4 great bike/hike trails, Chestnut Ridge Resort Golf, IUP, Keystone Park, Idlewild, Amtrak, Spirit Air, Loyalhanna Lake are within a few miles.

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
