We had a lovely stay at the studio whilst our boiler was being fixed at home. It’s a beautiful and very clean place and provided us with a wonderful base. Wendy was very helpful and all communication was very easy. We would happily recommend it to others and use it again. Thank you again Wendy! x

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Sanya was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Communication was great always replied to my text messages and was always willing to help. My dad loved her plants and it made him feel even more at home. The apartment is beautiful and clean and so close to everything.

This apartment is perfect for a trip to London. It is just up the road from Camden and the bus is directly in front of the apartment which takes you as far as Trafalgar Square. It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable, our son slept on the sofabed and was very happy with it. We had a small issue and Anthony was so responsive and kind, he couldn't do enough for us, what an absolute gentleman. He was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, the only thing I would say is if you are very tall mind your head at the entrance other than that we had a fantastic stay in this wonderful apartment. We would go back again in the morning if we could 😁

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

I loved my stay in Allan's flat. It is great - everything I needed for my stay was provided. The kitchen is so well equipped, the bedroom was a very good size and so comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. So near to everything like banks(cashmachines), and a great variety of restaurants and cafes. Close to central London on the Jubilee Line. I will defInitely be back with some other friends to enjoy this cosy and wonderful flat again. I will spread the word about how great your flat is Allan. Thanks very much for everything. Adriana

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience while staying in this house it was so clean and tidy I felt very comfortable The host was friendly and very helpful and cooperative It felt like home In addition the location was very safe So overall I highly recommend it The host contributed very well in making my vacation enjoyable

Kalada’s place was very immaculate and cozy. I felt like I was home.

Easy to get in touch, this was a last minute booking as another booking com apartment let us down at the last minute . Still trying to get my money back. Pub on the corner is excellent for food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay with Andy. Andy is really lovely, friendly and helpful. I felt at peace staying here and very welcome. The lodge had everything I needed and Andy is really responsive. Really good location aswell

We really enjoyed our stay in Kristiana's place. The apartment was easy to find and was clean, spacious and homely, with all the amenities we anticipated, and more. The beds were very comfortable too. The parking outside was also ample, even in the evening. Kristiana was also very responsive to messages, and even accommodated a later check out for us, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity ever arose. Thank you, Kristiana!

Sylvia's place is really nice, it felt very homely and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, we were at Alexandra Palace for most of our weekend and it was only 10 minute walk. The local area has plenty of little shops and food outlets, and the area in general felt like a really nice place to be . The place was as described and had everything you could need, even thing like ground coffee were provided which was much needed! The shower was amazing, with the choice of a regular shower head or a rainfall style shower, which we really loved. Overall if you need a nice place to stay in London we would happily recommend Sylvia's place.

Our stay at this Hampstead flat was exceptional! The layout was perfect for our family of four (my wife, our 24-year-old son, 15-year-old daughter, and myself), offering plenty of space for everyone. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better - easy walking distance to the center of Hampstead with shopping and various restaurants. We loved being able to explore the area on foot. Our host was very attentive, meeting us personally at check-in to show us around the flat and ensure we were comfortable. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and conveniently located stay in Hampstead!

I had very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, clean, and a great location close to the tube with nice restaurants close by.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. We have stayed at this apartment on many occasions, so that speaks for itself. Ideal for two adults, great location for Marlow town centre, a few minutes walk. Ample restaurants to choose, so we never need to cook. Totally recommended. Roy & Jean

Thank you Kate for a lovely stay. Great spot to explore London without being right in the middle of things! Easy walkable access to the Tube and Overground - walked to The Emirates for a EPL game! On the Piccadilly line so no line transfers in from Heathrow. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend!!
