Only minutes from downtown Breckenridge, relax and unwind with two large living areas plus room for the whole family to sleep. A newly renovated basement provides additional sleeping space (two sets of bunk beds) plus a large family room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, wet bar, ping pong table, and a hot tub to keep the entertainment going after a day on the slopes. Outside, the large, nearly 1-acre lot includes tons of trees and privacy, along with a firepit for extra warmth on cool nights.

Christmas In The Mountains!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds.
