Surfside Dreaming at One Mile Beach

The accommodation is set amongst Paperbark trees (once part of the surrounding Tomaree national park), a short stroll from the crystal waters of One Mile beach. A luxury cottage with two bedrooms, fully self contained, Resort/Tropical setting that sleeps up to to 4 people. A Bunkhouse (no a/c, fan only) with pool table, Darts, entertainment system and a bunkroom that sleeps up to 5 people. Ideal for large groups or two families with teenagers. Surfside is not suited for young children.

Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Serenity on Seaspray is perfect for a beach side getaway for couples or families. It is situated 4 minutes’ walk from Nelson Bay shops, d'Albora Marinas & Little Beach. It sleeps 8, has an open plan living areas, full size kitchen (including dishwasher) & essential meal preparation equipment (some basic pantry items). The indoor dining seats 8 people & private courtyard has a dining table & BBQ. Guest also have access to the communal pool.

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
