Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

Alles wunderbar! Schönes Appartment, zu fuss schon circa 30 min in die stadt, aber in einee wunderschönen Villengegend gelegen, super ruhig! Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Marie und Otto sind toll! Ohne Probleme erreichbar, super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind erst später am Abend angekommen und sie haben uns trotz Regen draußen in Empfang genommen und statt einer Schlüsselbox lieber persönlich auf uns gewartet, um uns zu begrüßen und in der Wohnung alles zu zeigen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage in einer der charmanten Gassen mitten in der Heidelberger Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Direkt vor dem Fenster ist ein tolles kleines Café und die Fußgängerzone ist nichtmal 20m entfernt. Man kann sogar das Schloss sehen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier fehl am Platz, die Wohnung liegt mitten im Leben und ist genau richtig, wenn man Heidelberg erleben möchte. Eine riesige Auswahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren auf einem Konzert in der Halle 02 und konnten selbst diese mit einem Fußweg von 45min erreichen und dabei noch mehr von Heidelberg genießen.

Perfectly located apartment with many stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I really like having the car parked in a garage rather than trying to find a place on the street. Despite being in a busy part of Kaiserslautern it was quite and peaceful at night.

Gemütliches, sauberes einfach erreichbares Appartment. In der Nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen, eine exzellente Pizzaria, ein Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apptheke. Der Preis ist günstig.

Markus hat mich sehr nett empfangen und reagierte auf Fragen stets direkt, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist toll eingerichtet mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Zu dem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet - hatte alles, was man braucht. Sehr gut ist auch die zentrale Lage im Stadtkern, nah gelegen zu Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich hab Markus als Gastgeber sehr herzlich erlebt und würde bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder anfragen.

Super Apartment, hat alles was man braucht und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, super Anbindungen und schöne Gegend. Trotz Lage an einer gut befahrenen Straße war es sehr leise. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt:)

The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was friendly and very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. I felt completely at home during my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely book this place again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell. Es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Piękne, czyste mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Gospodarza ma swój własny miód. Zameldowanie przebiegło bez problemu. Najważniejsze czyli parking oraz internet wi-fi był na miejscu. Polecam to miejsce !

Ich bin ungefähr 1 Monat bei Patrick geblieben,alles war in Ordnung. Schöne Wohnung, schöne Lage,sehr ruhig, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Amazing! So much to love. Location perfect, light airy windows, beautiful wood decor, view of the Main river, car park was super easy and convenient for our day trips in and out right over to the autobahn, elevator for carrying luggage to the 5th floor. We wanted to stay another week! We had only transited Frankfurt up to now and are glad we finally took the time to see what the city has to offer.

L’alloggio era molto carino, il giardino meraviglioso, con altalena, trampolino, scivolo, sabbiera e yakuzi! Perfetto per chi, come noi, ha il cane ed un bambino. Infatti, anche all’interno dell’alloggio, vengono messi a disposizione vari giochi e librini per i più piccoli. Abbiamo riposato benissimo perché la zona è molto silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliato 👌

Wir sind für unsere Weiterbildung ein paar Tage in Tugbas Wohnung untergekommen. Buchung und Check-In, hat alles fantastisch geklappt. Ja die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und mit Gepäck etwas umständlich aber durchaus machbar. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage hier, haben die Dachterrasse genossen und auch sonst verfügte die Wohnung über alles, was man braucht. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt was ein bisschen schade ist, weil es dennoch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist, insgesamt war die Wohnung aber sauber. Die Lage war Mega, man ist schnell an der Bahnstation und drum rum sind Läden und Restaurants. Lieben Dank für die Tage bei dir, liebe Tugba :-)

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder! Unglaublich erholsame Wellnessanlage mit tollen Add Ons wie Kulinarischer Begleitung und Brötchenservice! Für Wanderungen in der Nähe bekamen wir einen direkten Vorschlag angepasst an unsere Vorstellungen mit direkter digitaler Karte zum navigieren. Unfassbar freundliche Gastgeber mit Liebe zum Detail, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders der Jacuzzi war ein echtes Highlight und hat das Wochenende im Rheingau perfekt abgerundet. Die Kommunikation mit Blerand war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich.

Sven’s place exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It was important for me to have peace and quiet, and Sven’s neighborhood had both. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, even more than I found reason to use. Everything seemed brand new and the apartment was immaculately clean. I give Sven’s place a AAA rating.

The apartment is amazing and we had a great time there! We fully enjoyed the fireplace, the music in the house, and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need.
