The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Das "Hühnerhaus"

Das Hühnerhaus liegt inmitten des schönen Permagartens, unterhalb eines ehemaligen Klosters, auf dem Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi und Guido leben hier ihren Traum von Unabhängigkeit und wollen den Hof Nachhaltig und Enkeltauglich ausbauen. So sind zum Beispiel die Wände und die Decke des Hühnerhauses aus den über 200 Jahre alten Dielenbrettern des Haupthauses gemacht worden. 12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg

An oberster Hangkante oberhalb des Schussentals liegt unser Ferienhaus mit Blick über die Stadtlandschaft Ravensburg und Weingarten. Es ist das „Schwalbennest“ – ein kleiner Fleck auf der Stadtkarte Ravensburg, der eine besondere Geschichte erzählt.   Das ehemalige "Waschhaus" in welchem einst Windeln für das damals angesiedelte Kinderheim gewaschen wurden, haben wir erhalten und liebevoll in neuem Glanz erstrahlen lassen. Dabei wurde der besondere Flair dieses Häuschens beibehalten.

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.
