The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, soaking tub, and separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $75 pet fee per stay for extra cleaning. Please understand we have very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. NO washer and dryer on site so plan accordingly.

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Omma’s Loft

Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
