“Ahh, the serenity” is exactly what you’ll be sighing as you sit back and enjoy gorgeous mountain views at this stunningly beautiful Bonnie Doon farm-style retreat. Positioned at the top of a hill, you can gaze over kilometers of the Victorian High Country rolling hills and eye the popular waters of Lake Eildon which are only a stone's throw away. Located a short 40 minutes from the famous ski fields of Mt Buller it is the perfect place to come home to after a great day on the slopes.

The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Sit back and relax by the fire, enjoy a spa or take a stroll around 5 acres of beautiful gardens and enjoy all the wildlife. Rusti Garden B&B is only a 2 minute drive to spectacular Lake William Hovell or half hour drive will get you to see Paradise Falls or Powers Lookout.

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

This modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation is the perfect base for groups and families to escape to the King Valley and stay in luxurious comfort. Built in 2017, Falls cottage has a modern beautiful kitchen and large comfortable dining and living space. Falls cottage is located in the heart of Whitfield, walking distance to the Mountain view hotel, Hobbledehoy cafe and Dal zotto wines. Wineries, local produce and dining options are all a close drive away.

The expansive deck is the perfect place to spend summer evenings with the local wildlife, overlooking magnificent views and winter nights are cosy in front of the fire. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large social island.
