Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.
