Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .La maison de Tim est très bien placée pour découvrir cette région. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable avec son vaste séjour très clair et ce logement est très propre. Le jardin est magnifique , bien entretenu et offre une vue féerique sur l environnement. Tim et sa mère sont discret. Tim est toujours disponible, souriant, vraiment au petit soin pour ses locataires. et de bons conseils Nous retenons cette adresse. Merci beaucoup à Tim .

Wij zijn hier 10 dagen gebleven met onze dochter van 1 jaar. Fabio heeft voor ons een bedje geregeld voor onze dochter. Heel tevreden van het appartement, komt volledig overeen met de beschrijving van Fabio. De communicatie verliep heel vlotjes, Fabio is heel reactief. Rustige buurt en buren. Bakker op 50 meter afstand. Ideale ligging om het Gardameer te ontdekken.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Splendido alloggio dove rilassarsi nelle giornate di sole a Verona , offre tutti i comfort come descritto nel annuncio e molto particolare il tema della casa. Host super disponibili e presenti se necessario. Raggiungibile il centro di Verona in auto in una decina di minuti , ideale per chi vuole vivere la città ma prendersi anche del tempo per del relax.

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Nous avons passé trois semaines de juillet en famille avec nos deux enfants de 3 ans et 7 ans. Le cadre est magnifique. Nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyé un seul instant. Entre les promenades en forêt, les excursions à la rivière, l'observation de la nature, les jeux en famille sur le terrain, il y a de quoi déconnecter tout en étant dans un environnement à la fois calme, agréable et chaleureux. Les trois maisons partagent un même(grand) terrain ouvert mais isolé. C'est à nous de décider des contacts que l'on veut avoir ou non avec les voisines. Quand à Dario et Helena, ce sont deux personnes magnifiques. Ce sont des hôtes.ses idéale.s, à la fois d'une grande gentillesse, disponibles mais jamais intrusifs. Leur présence sur les lieux rend le séjour vraiment plus agréable.

We had a great experience staying at Paola’s place in Bologna. She was super-helpful and kind, flexible for our checking in and out and offered us lots of recommendations to make sure we had the best time. She even booked an airport taxi for us when we were leaving. It’s a beautiful apartment in a great location where you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend and will try to stay again one day. Five star accomodation and host!

Questa casa mantovana ristrutturata sapientemente in stile vintage è una piccola perla in centro a Mantova e in un'area tranquillissima della città (nonché comodissima alla stazione dei treni, all'area pedonale, supermercati, locali e farmacie). Una particolare attenzione alla cura dei dettagli per chi come me ama l'arredamento. Ho travato, ordine, organizzazione, pulizia e tutto il necessario per un incantevole soggiorno. La conversazione con Elisa è stata davvero piacevole, spero di tornare presto!!

We are a family from Australia and this was definitely one of the best places we've stayed in. Antonio was so helpful and proactive making our stay as pleasant as it was. The place was also very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. Would definitely come again.

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Prelep smestaj, i divan i ljubazan domacin koji je uvek na raspolaganju u svakom momentu. Nas 6 smo uzivali u cistom i Preleom smestaju u samom centru grada. Sigurno cemo se vratiti ponovo.

This property is far better than the description and photographs. It is set in the most amazing surroundings. The views are just stunning. The balcony is just an amazing place to sit and relax. The quietness and peacefulness is deafening. It's an interesting drive to and from, just remember to sound your horn on the bends. It is near yobyown with several large supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a lovely bathroom. We were a little wary of the small spiral staircase that leads down to bathroom and bedrooms, but the rear door access makes it easy to get a suitcase downstairs. Tale a walk around the village it has some lovely old alleyways. There is a walk (stone roadway) 50 meters from the property. It leads up the mountain and is well worth a try. The property is very nice indeed, lovely outside space with table, chairs, longer and larger sun umbrella. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Roby waxwarm and welcoming. You have to visit to appreciate the beauty.

es war super, für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und einem großen Hund genau das richtige, der kleinen Garten vorm Haus war auch toll. die Umgebung super für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund wenn man durch die Felder läuft. in 10 minutes ist man am See oder nur etwas länger und in nur 5 am Supermarkt. wir kommen gern wieder

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

Bellissimo alloggio dotato di ogni comfort. Tutto molto pulito. Graditissima sorpresa i biscotti e il caffè per la colazione. Il fast check in veramente un ottimo cosa. Grazie per tutto. Consigliatissimo
