Guest house is located about 150m from the beachesand parking directly on the plot. Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. Check-in Saturdays after 3 pm, check-out Saturdays before 11 am. No smoking ! Welcome!

Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Nybyggt strandnära hus på Österlen

Helt nybyggt 2022, mycket fräscht fristående gästhus på 40 kvm, 100 m från stranden. Du bor i ett skogsliknande område, med havsbrus och stranden som granne. Tar ett morgon- och/eller kvällsdopp. Kopplar av med milslånga promenader eller cykelturer (cyklar kan lånas). I detta tysta område finner du två sovrum i var ände (160 och 140cm säng), ett vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats, badrum med dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök. Snabb wifi. Trädäck samt stenlagd uteplats, matplats och grill.

The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Renoverad (2020) mysig gästlägenhet på c:a 35 kvm i gammalt före detta svinhus mitt på Österlen med fri utsikt över de vida fälten. Hammenhög är närmaste by. (2,5 km bort) Lägenheten är anpassad för två personer. Öppen planlösning med umgängesdel, kök med matplats med rymd upp mot sovloft där lofttrappa leder upp till dubbelsäng. WC med dusch och värmegolv. Uteplats i västerläge utanför entré. I köket finns spis, ugn, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare samt utrustning för matlagning.

På bästa läge med utsikt över havet och Kiviks fina bebyggelse. Här finns allt du behöver för en vilsam semester. Stort vardagsrum, matsal, tre sovrum, två badrum, gästtoalett samt kök. Närhet till restauranger, strand, fiskaffär samt mataffär. Stort trädäck med matbord och solstolar! En del av huset är helt nyrenoverad med sovrum, badrum och egen utgång till terass. Köket renoveras i februari/mars 2026.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Charming apartment in an old farm on Österlen

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.

Beautiful, modern and functional is the theme of this oasis. Kyhls beach is only a 200 meter walk via scenic paths, the beach is wide with the finest white sand.
