Hi there! Welcome to my meticulously maintained condo in one of South Ogden’s best neighborhoods. I raised my son here from 2021-2024 before moving to a single family home down the street. You’ll have access to the entire three-level condo. This includes two spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workout/yoga room with a treadmill, living/TV room, and laundry room (detergent included). My home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and work.

Enjoy movies on a 65" screen with surround sound. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pancake mix for breakfast. Paper products provided; only sink is in the bathroom. Shared gym available. 2 bedrooms: king room and bunk room with twin, full, and trundle. 1 bathroom. Access is around back and down about 20 stairs. This is a private basement suite in our home, so you may hear normal household sounds. Fans, white noise machine, and earplugs provided. 2 vehicles max.
