Fire up the BBQ on the front patio or toast marshmallows by the river at your new waterside oasis. ☃️❄️ From ice skating trails, winter fests and tubing to dog sledding, snowshoeing and sleigh rides — winter at the cottage is exciting, tranquil and beautiful. Join us in Muskoka to kick back and relax in this handsomely curated space with a large kitchen for entertaining. Enjoy the beautiful backyard from the large private deck and have access to a large firepit area surrounded by mature trees. The footpath right next to the property leads to Bracebridge Falls, Kelvin Grove Park and all the shops on Main St. within 2 minutes. Escape to small town Bracebridge with access to all that Muskoka has to offer only a short stroll, canoe or car ride away.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny house. This 600 sq ft home is nestled amongst 10 acres of towering trees, granite rock and trails to explore. The tiny home will not feel so tiny once inside. With high ceilings, plenty of windows, and surprisingly spacious rooms - it is the perfect hideaway for those wanting to unplug in Muskoka. Water dam and river across the road create relaxing waterfall sounds that are heard from deck or enjoy it close up from the private shoreline deck and dock. Explore the Muskoka River on the kayak, SUP or river tubes.

As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.
