The Stables is a spotlessly chic cottage for 2 with large gardens & parking, offering luxury linen & towels, wi-fi & TV. Ideal town/country position - 10mins walk to town centre with cafes, restos, boutiques and antique stores, and train to London is only 35mins!

The Herb Garden
A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

‘Antlers’ is a beautiful studio annex in a picturesque village adjacent to Woburn Abbey, and Deer Park. A sumptuous super king bed or twin configuration to choose from. Easy access ground level accommodation with dedicated off-road parking. A private gated entrance leads to an enclosed private courtyard. You have a smart new kitchen and wet-room with MIRA shower. This location on the Greensand Ridge is perfect for walkers and cyclists. The village pub ‘The Green Man’ is a must!

The Old School House
The Old School Guest House includes three bedrooms, with self-catering facilities provided in a communal kitchen and a shared dining area. The Guest House offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for work and leisure guests, with some unique Wolverton décor. Designated parking spaces are provided for all 3 guest rooms and the lower floor of the guest house is accessible to users with limited mobility. Dogs are welcome in the downstairs bedroom and we have a dog welcome pack.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The interior has been bespoke fitted with all the modern conveniences needed for a get away escape giving you both luxury & character. The cabin has a sleek en suite bathroom & internal kitchen, enabling you to remain cosy throughout your stay.

WWII Bomb Trailer Shepherd’s Hut
Get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life and enjoy our secluded Shepards hut retreat. Set on the outskirts of the Chilterns, a stones through from the quaint village of North Marston. You will find yourself on a working farm with little but the flora and fauna to keep you company. The hut is situated east facing, the sun creeks over the hill to uncover a stunning view. Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place and enjoy the simple life.

The barn is approximately 215 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.4 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.

'The Stables' Garden Annexe
Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive.
