Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Afloat Studio at Flotsam Dunalley

Flotsam has two fabulous fully self-contained studios, right at the entrance to the Tasman Peninsula. Each has their own private surroundings and fantastic views. We are about 30 mins due east of Hobart Airport. It's ideal for one-night stays, but, if time permitting, treat yourself to a few days so you can explore this incredible area which is all within easy reach. The Studios are well-designed and modern, and have lovely touches which will make your stay very comfortable and special.

Your space is a modern, clean, fully self-contained studio apartment on a beautiful 15 acre property, with stunning views, 30 minutes from Hobart city and 15 minutes from the airport. The gorgeous Tasman Peninsula and all it has to offer is just down the road. The studio is part of our home, with its own separate entrance and complete privacy - and it means we are on hand to assist you in need. ***Please note: the pool is currently unavailable for swimming while we resurface it***

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including some luxurious touches like European linen. Relax in secluded comfort in our house on a coastal tidewater. Surrounded by wildlife and in easy reach of a superb beach and Tasmania's finest food and drink, relax on the encircling deck or in the hammocks, birdwatch from the deck, play boules or go cycling, sit around the fire pits at night, barbeque some fine local produce or use as a base for nearby beaches, birdwatching, vineyards or bushwalking, including the Three Capes Track or trips to Port Arthur.

Enjoy the beach walks, sunrises and sunsets. Situated 50 minutes from Hobart & a further 1 hour to Port Arthur.

A shack shaped by love and salt air. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Come drift for a while.

Marion Bay --A dam good view

The apartment is self contained, comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and an open plan modern kitchen, dining and lounge. The 2nd bedroom can either have 2 single beds or 1 king bed. The modular lounge converts to a double bed. This is non-smoking accommodation The unit is attached to our own house, but is divided by a breezeway which acts like an airlock. So quite independent from our house.

The Stable at Twamley Farm

A unique 1840s converted stable located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead. The Stable is a beautifully renovated two storey sandstone building overlooking the hills of Twamley Farm and nestled under English oaks. The Stable features your own private outdoor cedar hot tub. The traditional wood fired hot tub offers blissful, therapeutic soaking in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.
