We really enjoyed our stay here! The penthouse was amazing and lived up to everything that it looks like online. Very family friendly and had plenty of amenities available. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in Florida.

The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

My family & I absolutely loved staying at this home! It looks exactly like the photos and was fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Ignacio was super responsive and such a great host! I would definitely recommend staying here and we will surely be back!

Claudia's place was beautiful. It was plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The resort made it easy for Instacart delivery as well. The private balcony was spacious and beautiful. The resort was lovely and clean. I do wish it was easier to get a spot at the pool. There were several reviews about the elevator being an issue however we never had to wait longer than a couple minutes. Claudia was extremely responsive and the resort staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely return.

My family and I had an amazing time. We definitely enjoyed the backyard! The jacuzzi was everything! I was highly satisfied with how well the kitchen was stocked and love that we were in a central location. Overall the experience of the home was Outstanding. Thank you so much Cindy !

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. Steve is a great Host he replied and answer in questions we had. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Our Stay at Marlena’s Place was just what we needed she was truly a wonderful Host ! Communication was a breeze .. and I highly recommend this home ..the design of the home was in true Soflo style and offered many areas to lounge … the kitchen had everything you needed .. the highlight of the inside is the back game /Tv /Den area our children did not want to leave that game room full stocked with games and dedicated work space was a plus ..the backyard is the true highlight of the entire home ..outdoor living room with TV was enjoyed all day and night .. the pool area was awesome … and had everything you need from floats to toys for the kids .. we will definitely be back next time we are in town !

Angela’s place was perfect and close to all our wedding events and venues. She is very responsive and accommodating to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is close to many areas of Miami with many restaurants near by. An added bonus is the awesome coffee machine. Place was well supplied with everything that is needed and very clean. Angela even went above and beyond and supplied me with a portable full length mirror to accommodate my make up and hair session. I would highly recommend the place and would stay there again if needed to visit the area. What a lovely host! Thank you Angela for making the weekend a bit less stressful and for your kind hospitality.

This home felt just like home to me! Beautiful home, nice area and friendly neighbors. This home is beautiful inside and out. I would definitely be staying here again when I visit Miami. The host was very nice and left very clear instructions. 🥰🥰

We had an awesome stay at Mark’s apartment in Miami! The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The building is really nice with great amenities - loved the gym, pool, jacuzzi and the play area. Location was perfect too - walkable to tons of restaurants and shops, and really easy to get around (5 mins drive to Wynwood walls, 20 mins to Miami Beach). My kids loved watching the trains from the balcony. Mark was very responsive. We had a hiccup with parking but he solved it right away. Just a note for light sleepers that it can get noisy on the weekend but it’s expected for the convenience of the location. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here!

We had a fantastic stay! Gee was incredibly responsive, understanding, and clear in all her communications, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The backyard setup for kids was absolute gold! It was a slide, swings, basketball rim, pool, and clubhouse, it felt like a private little playground! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this!

My quick weekend stay here was great. The condo was clean and ready when I arrived. The location is ideal for the beach. Going downstairs and out the back leads you right to the nice pool. Out the gate is a direct path to the beach. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd suggest the Argentinian restaurant Patagonia across the street...delicious food, desserts, coffee, etc. All tha being said I'd definitely recommend this condo for your getaway.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, äußerst sauber und mit allem Notwendigen versehen. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Strandurlaub war alles vorhanden, einschließlich Sonnenschirmen und Strandstühlen. Der Pool und der Strand sind nur wenige Meter entfernt, was perfekt war. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Annie ist eine großartige Gastgeberin; auf alle unsere Fragen antwortete sie jederzeit schnell und war überaus hilfsbereit.

Beautiful condo right on the beach with Gorgeous views of the ocean. Extremely clean with everything you need. The Beds were very comfortable and so much closet space! We only stayed 2 nights but would love to return for a longer stay. Scoast vacations was an excellent host. I received good, clear instructions and they were very responsive when I had questions. Only problem I had was arriving after the office closed and couldn’t get the building key fobs until the next day. I contacted the Host and they responded quickly. They added each person in the room to our reservation so security could allow them access to the building. The valet staff and building staff were so helpful. It was easy to get the building fobs the next day. I would stay here again.

This apartment is so central. It was absolutely great for us to walk to all nearby shops and restaurants. There was a great vibe in Miami this weekend with music festivals etc. Cindy was great and so lovely. Our flight got pushed back and Cindy was so accommodating to this. Really loved our stay in this beautiful apartment

If you want a condo on the beach that is steps from the pool and the sand, with an incredible view, this is it. Building is safe/secure which is super important to me. Everything was immaculate, new, modern. Kitchen is super well stocked, cooked twice in the kitchen two totally different meals and wasn’t missing a single ingredient (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc). There is a Publix on the same street (on the west side of the street) which is super convenient. Pool area is immaculate, so are pool bathrooms. Pool was never crowded which is saying a lot because we went on spring break. Guests were friendly and so were the staff of the building. You’ll appreciate the result of the buildings rules because you feel safe, more private, it’s a beautiful space and it’s very well kept. Will definitely be back!! PSA: Vodka penne at “The Boardwalk Restaurant” on the strip is AMAZING. Italian/American food at 1400 N Surf Rd.

We stayed for 5 days & were very pleased with the room. Spacious & clean. Very well organized & found everything we needed. We were able to cook as needed with all the kitchen supplies provided. Great Views & private location! The exterior picture of the building was a LITTLE misleading as we thought the Hyde had DIRECT beach access but it was a walk across the street. Not a bad walk to the beach at all, only about 4-6 mins. Elevators took longer than expected but not too bad. Overall great stay! Would come back.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

This location was great! Being right on the beach is a major plus. We rented loungers on the beach but also used the chairs available in the condo. Our kids loved playing on the boogie boards and with the other sand toys. The condo was clean and very private. The host was very responsive!
