A refurbished cottage dating back to Victorian times within a small group of rural properties, opposite picturesque St. Barnabas Church Setmurthy; enjoying beautiful Lakeland views towards the Skiddaw Massif & Binsey. The property is just a short walk from the Lakes Distillery which boasts a tour and Bistro. Fishing, available at nearby Bassenthwaite Lake. TAN HOWE DYKE features landscaped garden and patio.

Luxury Glamping Pods (No pets)

Based on the edge of the beautiful Lake District with commanding panoramic views of the Western Fells , here at Wellington Farm Glamping Breaks our 6 pods are fully fitted with electrics, heating, lighting, an ensuite and kitchenette. Our pods sleep 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We provide all bedding and towels for your stay. We've even gone the extra mile by installing 7ft hydrotherapy hot tubs at each of our pods which allows our guests to fully appreciate the panoramic views of the fells.

Ideal for two people, this cosy little cottage annexe is near to Cockermouth and is in the Lake District National Park surrounded by views of the Western Fells and views to the Galloway hills of Scotland. 14 miles to the beautiful Lakeland town of Keswick and in close proximity to the Western Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere, Ennerdale Water, Crummock Water and Loweswater. A beautiful beach on the Solway Coast is only 12 miles away.

Situated in the Georgian market town of Cockermouth, our charming 2 bedroom property is part of a former Grammar school listed building. Only a few miles from the Lake District National Park and Solway Coastline, Scholars Cottage is superbly situated for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and some of the best local walking routes during your stay. The Cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard and we look forward to hosting for you as you explore the Western Lake District.

Perfectly situated to explore the Northern Lakes and beyond, Wayside Cottage is located in the village of High Lorton, half way between the market town of Cockermouth and Crummock Water in the Buttermere Valley. The Cottage is a beautifully presented end of terrace property, ideal for those seeking a traditional Cumbrian village escape. Lorton has a small village shop selling your essentials, tennis courts and a friendly local pub serving great food ‘The Wheatsheaf Inn’.

The Mews, cosy barn for 2-4 people.

The Mews is a beautifully converted barn, once part of a larger farm and is now one of a small complex of buildings, surrounded by farmland and overlooking the hills and valleys of the NW Lake District. This location is the most peaceful and picturesque area and is perfect for walking, cycling, running, open water swimming etc.... or for those who like to take things a little easier it is perfect for day trips into the Lakes and toward the lesser known scenic west coast.

The Old Byre

The Old Byre, luxury 5* barn conversion with Gold award. Ideally situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park and The Solway Coast AONB Two bedroom cottage with family bathroom, ideal for couples or families. Toddell Barn

Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.

Cockermouth, modern 2 bed apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment is in the heart of town, overlooking the river and a short walk from the shops, pubs, restaurants and other amenities. It is a luxurious, well equipped base from which to explore the Lake District. We welcome adults and older children. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift) so may not be suitable for some people.

Wood House Cottage

Spectacularly situated in the beautiful Buttermere valley, Wood House Cottage offers sole use of the cottage for your group. The lake is a one minute walk away, where there is a delightful pebble beach and a breathtaking view.
