A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

Janette was absolutely wonderful! She added so many touches to this beautiful home that made such a difference. There was plenty of coffee pods, tea bags, a litre of milk, a bottle of wine, boxes of tissues, laundry and kitchen items and a lovely welcome note on the table… just to mention a few things. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular. The reverse cycle ironstone and gas fire were very welcome on some of the colder evenings. Thank you so much, Janette! Cosy, clean and quiet with beautiful views. Situated amongst nature and only a short drive to Healsville for groceries, boutique shopping and cafes. Stephen was accommodating and was happy to help us with local recommendations.

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

We loved our weekend break at Kylie’s Rosebud home - the backyard was spacious and peaceful, and we had everything we needed for a few quiet days away with our pup. Loved the quick walk down to the beach! Thanks so much for having us x

Beach18 was a fabulous house for our family weekend away. Spacious, comfortable living area, comfy beds,good kitchen, excellent outdoor BBQ and dining area, and lovely garden with a cubby house for our grandson. A really great find close to lots of attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Ash and Jason were quick to respond to all messages and generously allowed us an early check in and late check out.
