Used Nicks place as base camp for ice fishing in the area. Had a great time and enjoyed the space. Didn’t get a chance to use the hottubs, but the big common area let us all hang out together, watch the games, play cards, and have a few drinks and not feel one bit crowded. Would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful house in the country. Big entry way with a big laundry room/mud room to stage our fishing gear. Kitchen is amazing. Big and very well stocked. Master bedroom with very comfortable king size and big bathroom was setup awesome. Very nice living room with comfy couches and big tv. Very comfortable basement with 3 bedrooms and full bath. I would recommend this for any large group. It’s a fantastic place.

This was a great place to stay and getting to bring our dogs along for the trip was a huge bonus! Jamie is a wonderful and friendly host! Thank you!

Once again we had a wonderful stay at Pickerel Lake. Penny and Al are wonderful hosts and we appreciate all the little extras they provide to make our stay a great experience.

“Yes. Yes. Yes.” These were my words as we walked in the front door of this perfect pet-friendly spot! I can see why it’s so highly-rated, everything we needed was available. If you need a restful, comfy night in this area, book now! Be prepared- there’s not much else out there, but the nearest town has a grocery to stock up for longer stays.

The home was just that, a beautiful home away from home. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive. We had all we needed and enough space for myself and ALL my kids. We will definitely be back again☺️
