Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.
