You have your own private balcony and the apartment is a separate dwelling to our main structure so you still have a good level of privacy there. Little House on Dawson

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

The former home of Tess Owens, the matriarch of the R J Owens grocery store family lived here above the food co-op after the founder RJ Owens died. I am told she religiously swept the foot path every morning before opening time and kept an eagle eye on everything. This contemporary 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed has been remodelled to suit modern living in the 21st century, kitchen, bathroom and magnificent roof terrace with bifold doors off the living room. Access to shared roof top pool.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.
