Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

Set in a row of attractive cottages on a quiet lane and directly opposite the handsome Norman Church. We have all the little luxuries of a boutique hotel: comfortable beds, powerful showers and a stylish interior. Just a short stroll is the famous Kings head. Bledington is a quintessential and unspoilt cotswolds village with a village green and a babbling brook.

Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.
