The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

The unit is in a great location, clean, and has a great view. Loved the added safety with the autolock for both the apartment and complex doors.

2nd time I have stayed at Dan's place with friends and the host is always very helpful, informative and quick to reply to messages. We love the flat, a perfect location for getting around the visitor attractions, restaurants and bars. There are a lot of stairs up to the accommodation (we are aged 55-66 year olds!) but just plan well so you don't need to keep going backwards and forwards. Highly recommend staying here for a great holiday. Thanks Dan for all your help during our recent stay.

We had a lovely family break in Bath. The apartment was perfect for our needs; comfortable, clean and within walking distance to everything Bath had to offer. We’d happily stay again on a return trip. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

The place was clean, smelled amazing and had everything we needed. The host was communicative, offered advise on what to visit and was super nice. Really appreciated how beatiful the flat was and how close to the city centre it is.

We had just three nights in Bath, and I can’t imagine a more picture-perfect accompaniment to the local ambience than Alison’s lovely flat. Alison’s directions were detailed and precise, as the property is on a street that curves around a bend. The kitchen had everything we needed, including fresh milk for our morning coffee and tea. The weather had just turned chilly, and Allison thoughfully dropped off some wood for the wood-burning stove, keeping us cozy throughout our stay. Would not stay anywhere else in Bath!

Great location with the bus stop right outside, regular buses into central Bath every 20-30 minutes. The house itself was immaculate, great sized bedrooms and the smart TV in the living room was an added bonus. House equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, very handy. Will definitely look to stay here again if staying in Bath.

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

A unique and historic house which while quirky in some ways, still incorporated the modern facilities to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is fantastic, central for many sites and interests, the rooms comfortable and unusual - eg wooden shutters for the windows. The garden was an unexpected bonus.

The house was spacious with ample downstairs living areas and a large fully fitted kitchen. The two sets of double doors opening onto the beautiful terrace were a favourite feature and the views across the rolling hills towards Bath were a wonderful sight. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. Andrew was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. He responded quickly to messages and was able to give us a recommendation for a great Indian takeaway, as well as the numbers of local taxi firms. The village of Lower Swainswick is within walking distance if you're relatively fit (it's hilly!) and there you will find a Co-Op, a butchers, a couple of pubs and a few other shops. For us, visits into Bath were by taxi or car and took about 10 minutes. Thank you to Andrew and Emily, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very at home.

Beautifully presented, well maintained cottage that had a very homely, welcoming feel. Clean and well equipped. The extra thoughtful touches of coffee, tea, milk and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge were really appreciated. Nicole was a very responsive and friendly host, offering suggestions of local attractions. We have really enjoyed our girls weekend stay, and have all said we’d love to return with our families. Great to be able to park, and close enough to walk into the centre of Bath within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Anne Marie's place is absolutely lovely. It has everything you need to spend a fantastic few days exploring Bath. It is well equipped and very clean. I would say you do have to remember it is an old property which is part of the charm, however without double glazing you can hear the traffic passing by on the road outside during the night. We always bring ear plugs wherever we stay so it wasn't really a problem for us. There are some creaky floors and noises from the plumbing but like I say, its an old building and don't let that put you off. It was perfect for what we needed and we enjoyed staying there very much.

The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Great location just a short 10 minute walk into Bath city centre. Beautiful views from the main bedroom, kitchen and living room. Very peaceful. Parking for 2 cars. Spotless and clean and exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is really pretty and cosy, it was perfect for our girls weekend. It was easy to find and was a great distance from local shops and had a very close bus stop to get to and from the centre of Bath. Kate is a lovely host who will answer any questions you have. Would definitely stay again!

Very central location. Very helpful host who was responsive when we had questions. Apartment is up 62 stairs so maybe consider this if you have mobility issues. Otherwise we would highly recommend this apartment for any trip to Bath!!
