Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

New apartment for 4 persons is located on the 2 nd floor of a residential building, with total area of 45 square meters. It consists of a balcony, a living room, kitchen and dining room(located in the same room), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment is also equipped with internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

U blizini je kulturnih znamenitosti te brojnih kafića, restorana i trgovina. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju stambene zgrade te ima privatan ulaz. Nudi sve potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Vrlo blizu apartmanu nalaze se četiri javna parkinga.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Apartmanu pripadaju i dva natkrivena parkirna mjesta.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

A cozy apartment located within 10 walking minutes from the nearest beach and center of Malinska. The apartment features a living room/kitchen (equipped with sofa for 2 extra persons at add. cost), 1 bedroom, bathroom and balcony with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, microwave, eletric kettle etc). Linens, towels, parking lots, WiFi are provided and free of charge. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

NEW white studio apartment

Studio apartment for two. Set in a quiet area of Crikvenica. 15 minute walk away from the nearest beach. The property features free Wi-Fi, free private parking, grill, air conditioning,and satellite TV. Air-condition ( cooling-heating) 5 euro per day. The prices are valid just for current year. July 1 - August 31, minimum stay 7 nights.
