Private parking space is available behind the property and the Bus stop is just feet away from the front door..

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Home Away From Home in South Austin

I am 15 minutes to Downtown and about 10 minutes to the South Congress area. Walking distance from convenience stores, cafe's, and restaurants. I'm happy to give recommendations to nearby restaurants :) Note: Check-in is at 4pm CST. Check-in instructions will be sent at 11am CST on check-in day. No parties allowed.
