A spacious self catering cottage that will comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms all with en-suite wet rooms (one with a bath and one which is accessible for the disabled person). The large comfortable open plan living area leads out to a patio and garden with panoramic views a perfect place for alfresco dining a charcoal BBQ and Fire Pit are provided. Little Pudding Cottage 's Welsh name is Pontbren-Ddu and is a beautiful example of a country hideaway. Nestled in the Welsh countryside, just into the Cambrian Mountains, it enjoys the splendour of nature and peaceful calm of times past. The accommodation is full of character and original charm, while maintaining the modern comforts of home. With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

A spacious home from home in beautiful mid Wales

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Carnau Bach sits on the main road, the A44 towards Aberystwyth but is situated in a rural area surrounded by stunning hills including Llandegley Rocks and Great Rhos (Highest peak in Radnorshire) A great base for exploring Mid-Wales and North Herefordshire. The house is a stunning oak-framed farmhouse style stone cottage. Complementing the owners’ 17th century farmhouse next door, it boasts oak framing throughout, complemented by modern décor. Sleeps 4 (1 x double, 1 x twin).

The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

Ty Coeden sleeps up to 6 There is a kitchenette and dinning table with all the tableware and utensils supplied. There is also a T.V. and D.V.D player and electric heating throughout. Ty Coeden has is own private deck and BBQ area and compost toilet. You still get the glamping feel staying in Ty Coeden with water collection and showers to be had from the hub which is just a short walk away along with the communal BBQ area and pizza oven, fire pits and games room.

‘Craig Fach’ rural Coach House near Builth Wells

‘Craig Fach’ is the coach house at the lodge built for Lord Merthyr. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, desk and smart TV/DVD, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen diner leading to an outside patio area with table. The upstairs rooms are accessed via external staircases, and include a double room with kingsize bed, a twin room, another shower room and an outside seating area on the decking. There is ample parking on the driveway.
