We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

You’re own separate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush en-suite & lockable doors and block-out blinds.
