Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Fantastische locatie, mooi rustig tussen de olijfbomen met een uitzonderlijk fraai uitzicht! Je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen en toch is er genoeg te zien/ervaren/proeven in de omgeving!

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

Spędziliśmy prawie dwa tygodnie w pięknym miejscu. Willa jest przestronna i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. W otoczeniu domu ładny park, duży basen i znakomite miejsce do wypoczynku. W bliskiej odległości dostępne sklepy, patiseria, pizzeria i restauracje. Dojazd do Ravenny bardzo szybki. Serdecznie dziękuję Loredanie i Giorgio za zapewnienie nam bardzo przyjemnego pobytu. Z przyjemnością powrócimy do tego miejsca.

The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Mark, è stato molto gentile, nel farmi trovare un piccolo aperitivo al mio arrivo, che mi sono goduto. L'appartamento l'ho trovato molto curato, dal soggiorno, alla cucina e la camera da letto. È stata una sperienza dormire nella torretta.

We had a great experience staying at Paola’s place in Bologna. She was super-helpful and kind, flexible for our checking in and out and offered us lots of recommendations to make sure we had the best time. She even booked an airport taxi for us when we were leaving. It’s a beautiful apartment in a great location where you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend and will try to stay again one day. Five star accomodation and host!

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad in dit heerlijke huis in Matraia! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het als een thuis weg van huis. Het huis is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en brandschoon – precies wat je hoopt te vinden. Hoewel we de pech hadden dat het de eerste dagen koud was, bleek de verwarming snel en efficiënt. Binnen no-time was het huis behaaglijk warm, waardoor we volop konden genieten van onze tijd samen. Het absolute hoogtepunt? Zonder twijfel het terras. Vanaf daar kijk je uit over het schilderachtige Lucca – een uitzicht dat elke dag weer betoverend was, zeker bij zonsondergang. Een plek waar je eindeloos wilt blijven zitten, met een goed glas wijn. Voor onze kinderen was de slaapvide een groot avontuur. Ze vonden het geweldig om daar hun eigen knusse plek te hebben een detail dat hun vakantie nog specialer maakte. De ligging van het huis is ideaal: rustig en omgeven door natuur, maar toch dicht bij tal van leuke uitstapjes. Wij kijken met een glimlach terug.

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) staying for 3 nights. Prem's house is absolutely lovely. Immersed in nature, it is absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept very well. Prem left us many great essentials, from coffee and tea, to biscuits, eggs (fresh!) and milk, as well as mineral water. We really appreciated that. It was unfortunate that there were some bugs in the house, but that's what happens in nature, and Prem did her best to help get rid of them. It is important to note that the last 2-3km leading to the house are quite a rough road, though any standard car should be able to manage it. However, even with that, we were able to get into the center of Florence in less than an hour on Easter Sunday!

Nice and big town house in Bagni di Lucca. House has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. House is very well equipped and allow you to have a nice and convenient stay. There is a garden with a swimming pool shared with the other houses. City with restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. You can also walk there, there are stairs on your left at the end of the street, they are quite steep but you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the stay!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Finka von Leonardo :-) die Finka liegt auf einem sehr schönen Hügel mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal. In der Finka findet man insgesamt vier Badezimmer und somit reichlich Platz, um auch mit bis zu 10 Personen morgens schnell fertigzuwerden. Außerdem ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer inkl. Fernseher enthalten, wo man auch mal gemeinsam ein wenig Zeit drinnen verbringen kann, wenn es einem draußen zu warm wird. Der Außenbereich ist auch super mit einem Holzkohlegrill, einer Veranda mit genügend Platz und noch ein wenig Liegefläche. Der Pool ist 20-30 Meter vom Haus entfernt und sehr groß. Grundausstattung ist (entgegen der Beschreibung) übrigens auch enthalten! Bei sonstigen Angelegenheiten ist Leonardo immer hilfsbereit. Zwei Tipps noch für die Unterkunft: Bringt Mücken-/Bremsenspray (v.a. Für den Pool abends) mit und am besten genug Reifenprofil und PS, um die Anfahrt hoch auf den Hügel zu meistern. 10/10 would recommend! :-)

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Caterina sehr genossen. sehr saubere große Wohnung, in der wie uns wie Zuhause fühlten. die Gegend ist ruhig und alles nötige zu die erreichbar. wir würden gerne wieder kommen. vielen lieben Dank!

We verbleven in deze prachtige Toscaanse villa, volledig in authentieke Italiaanse stijl. Het huis ligt op een schitterende locatie met uitzicht over Montecatini – ’s avonds een zee van lichtjes! Door oponthoud onderweg kwamen we pas om 23.00 uur aan, maar dat was voor Cristina geen enkel probleem. Ze wachtte ons vriendelijk op en nam ruim de tijd om ons alles te laten zien. Cristina is een uitstekende gastvrouw en de communicatie verliep vlot en prettig in het Engels. De villa is erg privé, met een groot afgesloten terrein en een hek rondom. Parkeren kan gewoon op eigen terrein. Een kleine tip voor toekomstige gasten: volg niet blindelings je routeplanner. Die stuurt je via een smal kronkelpad waar je nauwelijks met één auto overheen kan. Neem bij voorkeur de route via de andere kant. Het zwembad is ’s avonds sfeervol verlicht en de omgeving biedt tal van mooie uitstapjes naar stadjes als Lucca, Florence, Pistoia en Siena. We komen graag nog eens terug!

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

Mauro (der Besitzer des Hauses) war suuuuuper freundlich und hat uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen im Wald und man befindet sich dort im Paradis!! Für uns(2 Erw./3 Kinder) war die Schlafsituation etwas eng, auch die Taschen unterzubringen, aber für 2 Wochen kein Problem! Auch die deutschen Nachbarn, es ist ja ein Doppelhaus, samt Hund waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Glück, Hunde haben sich bestens verstanden. Das Haus ist klein, aber langt vollkommen. Die Aussicht mit abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen ist einfach der Hammer!!!

La casa è in un paese arroccato (non di passaggio) in una valle boscosa in mezzo ai monti, la vista è stupenda, il posto è fresco e arieggiato rispetto al fondovalle, silenzioso e l’atmosfera è familiare. In casa ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare. La piscina è piccola ma è un must! Ci siamo stati 4 notti, eravamo in 5 e non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa sebbene fosse dall’altra parte del mondo è sempre stata disponibile. Se posso il prossimo anno ci torno! ah dimenticavo: nel paese si cammina per forza quindi andateci allenati
