Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

We came to Charlotte for a show at the Fillmore and chose this place since it was close to the venue. Unfortunately, it’s not very walkable in that direction. It’s also a corporate area so it’s not terribly charming in general. Still we had good meals close by and the apartment itself is quite lovely and safe and clean. So if you need to be in this section of Charlotte, I don’t think you can go wrong with Joel’s apartment. It’s exceedingly affordable for large groups. Fantastic deal for the space.

My family stayed for 3+ weeks and it was perfect. CNM was so quick to communicate, the condo was very comfortable and loved that it was walkable to restaurants and grocery.

I had a great stay at Naomi’s place, great location. It was walkable to a lot of places and Naomi was responsive to anything I needed. The apartment was very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding. It was the perfect space for my family of 6 adults. The 4 sinks with mirrors outside of the bathroom space was a huge perk for the 4 of us girls to each have a space to get ready! The apartment was spacious. The location was within walking distance of the venue, Mint Museum, and lots of restaurant choices. Parking was off street and secure. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte. The house is spacious and overall excellent. The host is also very kind. However, there were two major issues. First, when using the shower in the master bathroom, water overflows and floods the bathroom. There seems to be a structural issue with the shower area and curtain. Because of this, even with frequent ventilation, there was a persistent moldy smell. It was very inconvenient every time we took a shower. Second, the house is located near a railway, so the sound of passing trains and their horns during the early morning hours was quite loud. Although the area is generally quiet, there was surprisingly a lot of noise from passing cars. Aside from these two issues, it is a truly wonderful place to stay.

This place was great. Clean, fully stocked, great location, and easy in and out. Super comfy bed. Bonus for the incredible view of Truist field; it’s like being in a skybox (very high up in the sky). Loved it, would definitely stay there again.

Great location near area attractions and close to the airport.

Linda was very gracious with our last minute booking and variable needs. We had a daughter in the hospital and had to rush to Charlotte to be with her. Linda's place was perfect for our needs and very quiet and nice.

George was a great host. Even with a complication caused by the hurricanes, George was easy to get ahold of and work with to resolve the issue. I’d recommend his place and working through him anytime.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our needs, clean and decorated very nice! Loved visiting the farm animals on the property! The hosts Grayllie and Michael were very responsive. We plan to stay again!

Of all the shared houses I’ve stayed at this is probably the cleanest. Has part to do with what other guests are staying there but the hosts do a great job of keeping this place clean! Especially the kitchen which is typically problematic in a lot of shared spaces. Al was a great communicator and always quick to respond. Great value and location as well. Highly recommend and will look to book again next time in Charlotte

Bob is an outstanding host. HIGHLY responsive and helpful. If you're staying in the Charlotte area, there's really no sense in staying anywhere else. I was reluctant to leave this review because I don't want it to always be booked when I visit my family in Charlotte but I guess I'll be unselfish and encourage others to enjoy! Thank you so much, Bob. And apologize for the broken fixtures on the table. My son broke them when we were playing pool on accident.

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

George is a great host . He’s in fact a super host ! I needed for nothing while I stayed here . The backyard is full of beautiful space . The fireplace was the best part of this stay . I’ve never experienced a bonfire in my own personal space . I loved this entire stay . I highly recommended George . Def booking again

A great experience. The room was exactly as listed, the hosts were communicative and gave helpful instructions, and they’re a very friendly couple. Don’t hesitate in staying here!
