Towels, bedding, etc.. are included. You dont need to bring anything. Free Wifi comes with each unit. There are no shared spaces between units.

We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
