La Jolla is a hacienda style property with 24 hour security near the town of San Jose del Cabo. The salt water heated pool is right outside your door. You have a partial oceanview and are only steps to the beach. There are 2 large bedrooms, each with insuite bath a king bed, a queen and a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom with quality mattresses. Full kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a large patio with outdoor dining. We try to provide everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
