The Old Farm Bothy is a cosy hideaway for two in a beautiful scenic spot on a working hill farm at the foot of the Angus Glens. With a wood burning stove, small garden with panoramic views and easy walks from the door it is an ideal place to switch off and relax with a good book and fresh air. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Surrounded by woodland and wildlife, with a small stream running close by. The cabin is fully equipped and has an open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen. Breakfast bar, Lounge with 50" Smart TV & Xbox. 1 double bedroom, shower room & a private decking & seating area with BBQ & fire pit. *Adults only. No infants or children please.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Below a pond and tucked behind a hedgerow on the edge of a permaculture smallholding, our charming shepherds hut is the perfect hideaway for those looking for an eco farm stay or self-made retreat. 'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

The Cabin

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.
