Moonrise Cottage

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

Saratoga Garden Cottage

A bright and spacious one bedroom cottage apartment in the country. Enjoy views of the Saratoga Passage; lush vegetation; and a glimpse of the Cascades, on clear days. Wake with the sunrise, or draw the curtains if you prefer to sleep in, on your plush king bed. Outside there are several nooks where you can take in the sounds and antics of wildlife, including eagles, frogs, bunnies, owls, quail, deer, and song birds.

Greenbank Woodland Studio

The Studio is uniquely situated on a 2 1/2 acre property with private access. It is a downstairs studio with (another studio upstairs.) It has its own entrance door and carport covered parking. The studio is a perfect clean warm home base for up to two guests to relax. With many tame deer , rabbits and small seasonal pond the yard is left to grow a bit wild.
