The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.
