Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful pristine brand new house. Everything was better than expected. Huge modern master suite. Shame we couldn’t stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

As a family of 5 with teenagers we settled in immediately and loved the place: relaxing, warm and sunny, peaceful which was so great in the mornings, great decor and comfy beds. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location in the center is perfect, offering a beautiful view of Raglan Bay. The infrastructure was excellent, and the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. This was already our second stay in a Groundswell Property apartment, and we were once again impressed. The communication was very professional and smooth. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return

Cherie's place was perfect for our stop to the areas famous attraction, Hobbiton. Was just minutes to the location and made the early tour easy to get to. would definitely recommend!

Dions place was in a great location and a nice typical kiwi beach bach. Dion was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. The property does have extensive outdoor security cameras covering the entire yard. Not a major but something to consider if you do mind.

Great place for two couples to stay and even families with he excellent layout. So close to the beach too. Loved the spa pool and all the amenities. We had a great stay. The hosts were great in communication and had a great check in and out times.

Annette was the perfect host. Friendly, responsive and accommodating. The apartment is exactly as described. There’s a modern kitchen and bathroom and the bed is comfortable. Thank you for having us Annette!

Absolutely stunning spot! The views were amazing right from the living room and deck. The kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed our two nights there. Took advantage of the hot tub. Julls was a wonderful host and very responsive. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!!!

This place was perfect for our visit to the city. Centrally located with parking provided, very well equipped with everything you need. Would stay here again.

Perfect little place for my partner and one year old. We did the a small part of the hauraki trail then settled in for the night. Mark & Cheryl were very welcoming and showed us around the place so we were comfortable. They also recommended places for us to eat out and grab a drink. Would highly recommend to any families or a small group 🙂

We had a wonderful weekend at Annie and Chris' apartment! The location is tucked away in the bush with a beautiful ocean view, where you can see surfers and hear waves crashing. It really feels like you're in the wilderness! Only a 10 min drive from the Raglan shops and restaurants, and local walks are only a few mins' drive away. Highly recommend this for a peaceful weekend. Fabulous hosts with fresh milk and delicious cookies on our arrival - thank you for having us!

Great spot, highly recommend

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at how spacious and big the rooms were and also the bathrooms were spotless clean and glad there was a bathtub to bathe our daughter. The area was quiet and peaceful as well. The comms were easy going which made our stay a breeze. Once we arrived, Grant came by to introduce himself and also checked if we needed anything which was so welcoming. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Very easy access instructions and communication was on point. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and give 5 stars.

Tracey’s place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It had everything you would need when staying away from home. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again.
