Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Absolutely amazing place. What a fantastic conversion from the former church into these beautiful apartments. Matt was incredibly helpful with excellent communication right from the start. Extremely well equipped apartment with a really stylish kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and light it was in an ideal place to visit the two local pubs and explore nearby Duxford Air Museum. If we are ever back in the area, we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Matt for being a great host.

Deborah was there when we arrived and when we left. The actual accommodation was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome and as we have family in the area hope to revisit! Lovely friendly and welcoming host, thanks Deborah! Oh and I need to say how I loved the big bath towels!!! 😍

A last minute booking, stayed for a night but was impressed with the overall service, the quality of the furnishings and the impeccable attention detail. It’s a lovely space with great views. Would definitely book again, just to experience a summer vibe in the countryside. Highly recommended. Helen is a great host!

The property was easy to find and very compact. Lovely and bright during the day and cosy in the evening; clean and tidy. Kath was very detailed with her information and left basic groceries for us. She was very friendly and welcoming.

Just as described beautiful surroundings beautiful room immaculate so comfortable only met Molly briefly but lovely lady and very attentive we had one night but Molly accommodated us for our early arrival so easy will definitely be returning. Highly recommend. Thank you

Mark and Nicole are truly the perfect hosts 😍 My husband and I spent nearly four months at ‘The Stables’ and couldn’t have been happier! The house is fabulous and has everything you could wish for. We love to cook and enjoyed cooking here as the kitchen was of a very high spec. The master bedroom was beautiful and the king size bed so, so, comfortable. So If it’s luxury you want, then it’s here. The location is delightful set far back from the road, along a track next to fields. There are lovely country walks nearby, where there are many beautiful horses, muntjacs and many other types of wildlife to see. We regularly had a pheasant who would peer in through our door 🥰 I would recommend staying here as the accommodation is very well appointed and in a lovely peaceful setting. Ampthill only being a short walk from the house is a wonderful little town to go shopping, have coffee or enjoy a lovely meal at one of the many eateries. We will definitely be back and miss being there.

Stephanie is a wonderful, generous host. Little Tanglewood is a beautiful house and a lovely spacious place to stay. We have stayed many times and it is always a joy to revisit. The house contains everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay and Stephanie is very responsive if you need support with anything. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

The house was perfect with plenty of space for the family. Great communication from Michelle. I had a few questions and everything was responded to with clear instructions. Lovely village feel to the immediate area.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

First of all thank you so much for the AMAZING experience! Was so fortunate to be able to spend my birthday with my closes friends in this beautiful luxurious place. Everyone absolutely loved the place. (We didn’t want to leave). The location is at the best spot in the city and the neighbourhood is super clean/safe. The photos provided did not do justice on how the place looks. (Host definitely has great taste. The place is way bigger in person. There’s plenty of amazing books/games that everyone can have fun. Our group never realised that we could get attached to a place like that. The garden is beautifully designed and parking area is very safe. I would very much highly recommend everyone to check out this place especially if you want to feel at home and cozy in Cambridge. Overall 11/10 majorly surpassed our expectations, it felt like a holiday staying there :) If you want to have the best time with the best people this is the place for you! I've stayed here on several occasions, everything about the place and location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the train station and town, excellent local amenities and beautiful Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire countryside all around. Whenever I travel back to the UK and stay here, I never need to be concerned about where I am staying, it is like a home from home. I cannot recommend this Airbnb and the hosts enough, just superb!

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.
