You walk in and see all the upgrades and new furnishings this home has to offer for you and your group. The complex is gated and located in walking distance to many restaurants, Redfern Village, and one of our grocery stores. We also offer a pool, workout room, tennis court and play ground. The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

The 19th Hole

You'll find all the comforts of home at the 19th Hole. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to Mallory square, where there is shopping, dining and the pier to watch the sunset. East Beach has a wide beach with tide pools, concession stands and a convenient bath house with bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family get together. A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.
