Very clean. Great for kids and family time. Lots of amenities but very close neighbors. Although they were to themselves and hardly seen or heard them.

The house was clean and the kids loved the ping pong table. We liked that we could walk across street to the recreation center with a playground mini golf and a pool! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house was beautiful, the pool was amazing to have for the kids. Hosts supplied everything you’d need for beach and or pool. Cathy was very helpful and so friendly. It was our first time in NC and we did not want to leave. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future! Thank you for hosting us!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

We had a great time at Kristie’s place for our family vacation. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 children. The small private suite downstairs was perfect for my parents who like a little extra privacy. The private pool was a god send with small children and also well maintained. The space was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect . Lots to do and plenty of delicious restaurants. I don’t think we drove more than 5 mins all week. The beach is beautiful and clean and located close to the house. There are other public beach locations super close as well if you didn’t want to walk. I’d absolutely recommend and would come back. Alex a été un hôte très gentil, accueillant et très arrangeant. Il a été très bienveillant; et a pris bien soin de nous. Il a pris soin que nous nous sentions à l’aise chez lui ainsi que dans la ville. Ses conseils et recommandations ont été très utiles pour mieux se repérer et profiter au mieux de Wilmington. La maison est charmante, très accueillante et pleine de jolies couleurs; on se sent comme chez soi. Tout est propre et il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition dans la maison. Le fait que nous puissions nous garer devant chez lui est très pratique! En bref, nous avons été charmé par notre séjour et par la gentillesse d’Alex, et nous avons hâte de revenir séjourner dans son logement dans le futur!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

Second year coming for our family vacation! Top Sail is our favorite spot and Donna’s cottage has become our home away from home. Love the ease of the home and the attention to detail. Plenty of room and spaces for everyone to find their vaca mode. Thank you for another great year!

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

Had an amazing time at Tim’s place and it was extremely clean and spacious enough for us. We loved Wilmington! Thank you again Tim! :)

Wonderful place to stay. Pet friendly our pups enjoyed running around the backyard. Clean and comfortable beds, the kitchen was well stock e with appliances and dishes, etc.

Roy was an excellent host. The house has beautiful architecture and has space for the whole family. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

My husband and I do not usually stay at Air bnb's because of a couple bad experiences. Now that we have two kids we needed a kitchen and more space than a hotel. David and Patricia's house was absolutely perfect. There were some toys for the kids, a fenced in backyard for my 3 year old to run, and so many other conveniences. We felt at home immediately. We will be staying here for any future visits. Thank you for having us !

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.
