We had a struggle with the mortgage company for a home that had purchased near Yarmouth, but this made the hassles easier to deal with and it was a great location to get out and meet our new neighbors

This place is wonderful. It was very well appointed. The lake is private and peaceful. There are large windows in the house overlooking looking the lake and a huge comfortable couch. The hottub is amazing bonus. The bedrooms were clean and well-designed. We will certainly be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for all of us. Lots of natural light and a beautiful view. This would be a great place to rent in the summer! If we return to the arena in the summer we will definitely book again.

We felt like we were in a hallmark movie! Super cute home right on the lake. We could hear the water when the sliders were open and it was very quiet when they were closed. Home was comfortable and welcoming. Clean and had all the things we needed. The owner Jim is just a cool guy! We were in town for work and we really looked forward to coming home every night. What a wonderful place! Beautiful property and warm inviting light all throughout the house. Lots of love and care went into this place. The hosts were so lovely and considerate - assisted with an early check in which helped us immensely. We want to return in the summer to experience this again in another season!

Our stay at Taravats place was excellent. We had 2 separate families (total of 8 people) of both adults and teenagers and there was tons of room for everyone. Between the hottub, sauna, pool table, dart board, gym, firepit, mini putting green, and giant walk in safe, we had plenty to keep us all busy. Would definitely stay here again. There was also a nice, and unexpected touch of a fully decorated Christmas Tree when we walked in the door.

Brooke’s place was perfect for our wedding weekend! She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Her place is big and private from neighbours! We would recommend Brooke’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to spend their holidays

The place is super quaint and a great spot on the lake Daniel is a nice guy and kindly helped us recover an item I left in the cabin, which was much appreciated.

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

Loved my stay here! The place is modern, super clean, and feels very new. Big windows with a beautiful lake view—such a great way to start the day. Kitchen was fully stocked, and I loved having smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. It’s only a 15-20 min drive to downtown, and check-in was super smooth with the code sent ahead of time. Would definitely come back!

Rene and Sandra were great hosts. They accommodated us very well with lots of parking for our trucks and trailers and access to the lake for fishing. They went above and beyond on our check out date which helped us out greatly. They always responded very quickly and check in was a breeze. Beautiful views as well. Would recommend to anybody.

We stayed for 2 nights during the spring season. This is a nicely maintained cottage and the owners who live on the property are very friendly/helpful. We had a couple of small issues which were taken care of quickly... other than that we had no major issues. Keep in mind... As described in the listing there are quite a few stairs to navigate within the house. The outside property is very nice and was quiet and peaceful with a great view of the lake. Would stay here again.

Great cottage with an amazing view! Our family of 4 + 1 dog loved it. A lot of space, good kitchen, the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed doing barbecue and looking at the beautiful sunset.

My family couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. As far as bang for your buck goes you can’t do better. Andrew and Hali were exceptional hosts, very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. Everything was very clean, bedrooms and furniture throughout were very comfortable.
