Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Hideaway Cottages, Cottage A

Built in the 1940’s, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath cottage has a rustic charm, and a peaceful setting, with access to a firepit alongside waterfalls. The Hideaway Cottages are on the same road as a Par 3 Public Golf Course. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

Go for a dip in Eastman Lake down the road or explore hiking and biking trails which are plentiful and nearby. Please note, 4-wheel-drive may be necessary in certain weather conditions.

Nestled by snowmobile trails, minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park, Canterbury country club, and the historic Shaker Village. Unwind in nature's embrace. December-February can be icy. Winter tire or 4x4 vehicle recommended.

Bog Mt Retreat Upstairs Suite

A unique crafty cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom UPSTAIRS suite with most of the comforts of home except a oven. Woodland trails on the property, moderate hikes nearby or bring your kayaks and explore the many ponds and lakes in the area. Ragged Mt and Mt Sunapee Ski Resorts are both under 30 minutes away. This newly designed suite is perfect for an individual or couple wanting to escape into the country but still be within an easy driving distance to local sites.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Bright ‘n Cozy Cottage in Concord

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New Englander. We live right next door to the Cottage with our two pups. You will have the entire guest suite to yourself. Enter through the door off of the deck. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and the bathroom is located between the first and second floors. One bedroom has a full-size mattress and the other has two twin beds.

Modern Private In-Law Apartment

Modern two bedroom in-law apartment located minutes away from Lake Winnipesaukee, Gunstock Mountain and Bank of NH Pavilion all about 5 miles and less than 10 minute drive. We are also a short 1/2 mile walk/drive to a 40 acre stocked trout pond. Come enjoy the sights and scenery of the Lakes Region or stay in for a quiet evening.

Located in a chic country setting, come and relax in this calm, stylish space known as Chickadee Cottage. One bedroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bright & sunny! Minutes from Pat’s Peak ski area and just a few miles from downtown Henniker. There are plenty of wooded trails to explore and a nice deck to relax on.
