Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great experience on the farm! We loved the beach bike ride and the morning view of the cows. Happy we booked our stay here. Check in was flexible which was much appreciated.

Martine is eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf Ihrer Homepage gibt sie die besten Tipps für ausgehen, Restaurants, Strände usw. usw. Wir haben all diese Informationen sehr geschätzt. Martine war jederzeit für weitere Fragen erreichbar. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich von Martines Freundin Carla empfangen. Die gesamten 4 Wochem in Follonica waren herrlich. Wir haben Wohnung selbst, die Lage der Wohnung und die Stadt sehr genossen. Eine Kleinigkeit, die wir zu Ende Oktober vermisst haben waren wärmere atmungsaktive Decken. Alles andere war perfekt. Danke Martine!

Wir waren als Gruppe dort, um ein wenig Fahrrad zu fahren. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach ein Traum. Barbara ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer sofort reagiert. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, aber ansonsten gerne wieder.

Ottima posizione, casa curata ed accogliete, host molto disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Unica pecca: una delle due stanze in realtà è un pezzo della sala, separata dalla stessa da una parete non a tutta altezza con porta. Non si è quindi isolati come in una normale stanza. Sporgendosi dal terrazzino si vede il mare, centralissimo

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Meine Freundin und ich haben eine wundervolle Woche in Giulias Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer separaten Anlage, zu der nur Gäste und Eigentümer der dortigen Häuser Zugang haben. Das Apartment ist toll gelegen, inkl. Meerblick und einer großen, zum Teil überdachten, Terasse. Giulias Wohnung ist für 2-3 Personen passend und perfekt ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, mit dem Check-In und Check-Out hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Zugang zum Meer, den man nach ca. 10 min. zu Fuß erreicht und den man sich mit den weiteren Gästen der Anlage teilt. Die nächste Stadt - Porto St. Stefano ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15 min. zu erreichen. Giulia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die auf alle Nachfragen sehr schnell reagiert und sich im das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert - alles wunderbar. Wir können Giulias Apartment für alle empfehlen, die ruhige Tage am Meer verbringen möchten an einem wundervollen Ort, fernab vom Massentourismus. Gerne kommen wir wieder - Grazie mille!!

VÖLLIG UNKOMPLIZIERT TRAFEN WIR AUF ROSA UND ANGELO. BEIDE ÜBERAUS FREUNDLICH, IMMER FÜR EINEN SCHWATZ ZU HABEN. WIR HABEN ES WIRKLICH SEHR GENOSSEN, UND HABEN ANGELO VERSPROCHEN, WIR KOMMEN WIEDER... DIE HÜTTE HAT EINFACH ALLES, WAS SIE BRAUCHT, UND SEHR ZU SCHÄTZEN WUSSTEN WIR, DEN PRIVATSSTRAND AM SEE....TOLLE AUSSICHT UND TOLLES PANORAMA. Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Zeer grote, mooie tuin. Perfecte privacy. Achteraan het domein heeft de eigenaar evenwel een eigen verblijfplaats, met eigen ingang. Gelukkig was tijdens onze periode de eigenaar niet aanwezig, want dat zou dat perfecte privacy-gevoel wel wat hebben verminderd. Het is een oudere villa maar voorzien van alle comfort. Moderne goed uitgeruste badkamers. De keuken is ook zeer functioneel, maar niet gemoderniseerd. Dat wisten we vooraf, want duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Silva is een perfecte host : proactief en zeer vriendelijk. Ook de extra poetsbeurten die we hadden gevraagd werden perfect geregeld door Silva en uitstekend uitgevoerd door Sabrina. Het enige nadeel van de locatie en de gehele omgeving is dat er veel muggen zijn.

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Alloggio come in foto, tenuto bene, pulito e ordinato. L’appartamento era molto fornito…bagno e cucina erano dotati di molte cose utili. L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, ben fornita, fronte mare e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Follonica sia a piedi sia tramite un trenino (c’è la fermata a pochi passi da casa). Giacomo è molto disponibile. Unica cosa un po’ “spiacevole” (non per colpa di Giacomo) è il parcheggio del condominio non molto curato…l’accesso al parcheggio è un po’ sconnesso e rovinato con una cunetta da “scavalcare” che viene purtroppo toccata da chi ha una macchina bassa. Nel complesso direi tutto molto positivo!

è già la seconda volta che alloggiamo da Federica e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. lei è precisa gentile e disponibile, la posizione dell'appartamento è ottima a due passi dal mare ma comunque tranquilla; si trova anche vicino alla riserva delle saline

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr sonnig und alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Vittorio war sehr hilfreich und gab gute Tipps.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et le jardin sont très bien pensés et aménagés ! Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le sable en sécurité puis juste une barrière à ouvrir et nous voilà déjà dans l'eau. Sans oublier bien sûr la magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci pour tout !!!

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.
