River View, located on the Indian River in Cocoa, is a one-of-a-kind destination. This apartment accommodates two adults on a double bed, with an optional pullout for two children under the age of 12. You will be just 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, and an hour from Disney World. Enjoy sunrises and maybe a rocket launch! When you arrive, pull to the bottom of the driveway, park in front of the left garage door. Follow sidewalk to the left to private lower entrance.

Casa Canaveral is a rustic townhome with vaulted wood ceiling and cozy electric fireplace. Downstair Great Room has Wifi and antenna TV. Upstair loft has private full bath, tub/shower, queen bed and WiFi TV. Downstairs bedroom has private bathroom, shower, full size bed, screened patio access to secluded fenced backyard (no TV). Base rate is for two guests. Additional guests incur nominal additional cost shown on web portal. Full appliances and laundry are inside the home.
