NOTE: While there are 2 other small Airbnb units on the property, this entire house is for your own use with NO shared areas. The pool and hot tub are all yours (not shared) with a 6ft privacy fence surrounding your entire backyard! PARTY POLICY: Poolside Paradise is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. No parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules (excessive noise, smoking inside, extra guests) will lead to a fine of $250 and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Nothing is shared, completely private! As soon as you walk into the extra wide staircase you will immediately feel you are on vacation! Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

Cute, comfortable cottage just 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington, 20-minute drive to the beach. Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.
