Our stay at Melissa’s place was fantastic! She was super responsive from the beginning. We came down for the week of our wedding so we were pretty stressed, but Melissa took away some of that stress by making our stay phenomenal. The house is absolutely gorgeous, colorful and fun! It was a fantastic space for a big family and pets. Our dogs loved having a yard to play in and space for the kids to run around with. Melissa also checked in with me after we had settled in and made sure we were happy with the accommodations. The house was also clean and tidy both inside and out back. Would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the area! We will definitely be back!

the house was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room to be together but also ample private space for everyone. Some of the appliances are a bit dated, but the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. The management company was immediately responsive when we ran into a couple of minor issues. The view of the marsh is spectacular and the screened porch provided a wonderful, bug-free area for us to enjoy being outside. Only thing which could be improved is that the beds are small and the rooms could definitely accommodate larger beds.

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days here. The condo was in pristine condition. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our happy hours on the quiet, peaceful decks. There was easy access to the beach and the shops of Wild Dunes Resort. We wished that we could have stayed longer and we hope to come back soon. Shell collecting was great on the nearby beach too!

Wonderful location! Host was very responsive, and would definitely stay here every time I come to Charleston!

Very neat home in folly, close to all restaurants and shops! Fenced in backyard for the pups which was a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mt.Pleasant here. The home was cozy but had the amenities we were looking for. It was nice having a full stocked kitchen, a nice TV and a washer and dryer in case we needed it. Even though it was somewhat close to a major road the home was quiet. We even took advantage of having a bike ride but the bikes could use some work.

We vacation a lot at Seabrook, and our long weekend away didn’t disappoint. The villa is very clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the beach gear was a big plus. We would definitely return. Thanks Ann!!
