Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

Lots of loungers, tables, and 2 grills around the property. Newly renovated bathroom. Key will be left in lock box- unit 105. Please bring your owns linens or wash and make beds before leaving. June min -3 nights July and August min - 4 nights

2 bedroom, 2nd floor unit in North Wildwood. BEACH BLOCK near Sams pizza and Surfside pier. You cant beat this location! Bedroom one has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Twin over Full bunkbeds and a chair that folds out into a single sleeper. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. We do NOT have a off street parking space. We do provide 1 permit to park in the street for free in North Wildwood. No pets, smoking, or under age 25 groups. We do not provide sheets/towels.

The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

Sleeps 4. A signed lease is required. Signers must be 25 or older. During peak season (Mid-June through Labor Day week) weekly rental schedule beings with a Sunday check in/out. Pre and Post Season dates are flexible with a 2-night minimum stay.
