Excellent host…property was roomy recently done over with many nice touches. Very comfortable beds and amenities for our group of six. Kitchen and bathroom very well well supplied. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Sharon's place and it was just as enjoyable as it was the 1st time. The place is just as described and any questions I had, Sharon answered quickly. The area is quiet and close to a trail and my dog loved the fence yard. On top of all of that the outdoor space and hot tub are fantastic!

Phenomenal location! Right on the beach and it's a very private suite with nothing but views. Well equiped and clean as well :)

: We stayed at Jiva’s Airbnb for a girls’ weekend to celebrate my mom’s 70th, and it was absolutely perfect! The views of the ocean and mountains are simply breathtaking—better than we could have imagined. The accommodations were wonderful: very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub every night, taking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a special celebration, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We had a great family holiday in Sooke. 9 adults and 1 toddler. Close enough to go into Victoria! (Even by e-bike!!) Spent some time on the Galloping Goose and exploring East Sooke Regional Park. We spent some time on the water and in the nice big hot. The beds were all very comfortable!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Cara was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Clean, cozy accommodation. Incredibly clean air (we came from Edmonton). Quiet area, minimal traffic. The hosts are friendly and kind, we almost never crossed paths with them. We had one short conversation when Oleksandr asked how we liked the conditions and if we had any questions or complaints. We are very grateful to the hosts for the welcome. We recommend this accommodation. Чисте, затишне житло. Неймовірно чисте повітря (ми приїхали з Едмонтона). Тихий район, мінімальний рух транспорту. Господарі привітні та люб'язні, ми майже ніколи з ними не перетиналися. У нас була одна коротка розмова, коли Олександр запитав, як нам подобаються умови та чи є у нас якісь запитання чи скарги. Ми дуже вдячні господарям за гостинність. Рекомендуємо це житло.

Matt was very kind, responsive and a pleasure to chat with. Our questions were answered promptly, and it was nice to know Matt and Lina were close by in case we needed anything! Thanks for a wonderful stay and I believe our family will return next year!

This is a beautiful, tranquil location and lovely home. DM is a very attentive host, almost like a mom :) There were a lot of thoughtfully tailored touches that welcomed us and made us feel at home, including some really lovely breakfasts. It made for a very nice, cozy getaway with a lot of nice perks - massage table, firepit, and a super comfortable hot tub. if you're looking to be charmed by East Sooke, this is a fantastic place for it!

A wonderful quiet spot with all the amenities you would ever need. Communication was immediate, friendly, informative and most welcome. We highly recommend this location
