I loved my stay at Pajaro Dunes. The only thing you could hear was the ocean. Easy beach access for long walks. Not crowded. Lovely space. Exactly what I needed!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

Excellent location. Exactly on the beach close enough to hear the tide coming in and out and the roar of the ocean. It is a basement unit and there was a very large family above us, But the children went to bed at about 9 and the noise never bothered us. There were only a few decaf pods of Nesspresso. So bring your own coffee or tea. I brought instant coffee for us. The kitchen is very cute, but of course basic which is fine. Yes, there is a lot of traffic outside of the window, but it didn’t bother me at all. There was a triathlon going on. It was a lifelong dream to stay in the Venetian court. It’s beautiful and historic. It’s expensive, but you are paying for the location and the historic element. My husband is well over 6 feet tall and he had a bit of discomfort with a low doorways and ceilings. We were able to walk back from Shadowbrook restaurant. We took their car service there. Overall, a dreamy place if you can afford it and remember to bring your own coffee.

The wife and I really enjoyed the location of this place. You would be hard pressed to find another Airbnb with a better spot!

We came to Aptos to celebrate our anniversary. Our trip was fantastic - we loved Anthony's place. It had everything we needed to have a truly memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Kathleen's place for Thanksgiving, just after some torrential storms. The weather, however, was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (saltwater--a pleasant surprise!). The beach was really great; our girls really enjoyed hunting for sea glass. Our older one discovered some old glass that dated back to pre-WWII and had trace amounts of uranium in it (it glows bright green under UV light). After that, looking for sea glass was all they wanted to do.... I don't know if all Seascape units are as nicely appointed, but this one was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can't recall if it is in the description, but it has a nice collection of puzzles and board games.

Michael’s property was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. From the moment we walked in, the ocean views through the bedroom windows and the main patio took our breath away. Winding down each evening to the sound of the waves was incredibly peaceful—it truly felt like the ocean was rocking us to sleep. After spending our days exploring the area, it was such a gift to come back to this calm, comfortable space. Walking the beach at sunset became a favorite part of our routine. The home had everything our family needed and more. Highly recommend this property for families looking for a peaceful, scenic, and welcoming place to recharge together.

Terri's place is fresh and clean. It appears to be recently renovated, with gorgeous interior design, an open kitchen, and lovely landscaping. This was definitely one of the cleanest Air BnB's we have stayed in. Pristine inside and out. The kitchen is well appointed and had all of the appliances/cooking utensils we needed. The garden is gorgeous (there's that word again) and gets a lot of comments from people walking the river. A beautiful stroll along the river path gets you to the shops and restaurants at the esplanade. We cannot wait to return! Something not in Terri's control (obviously) is the traffic. Bring your patience every time you leave the location in your vehicle. Capitola and the surrounding towns were not designed for the sheer amount of people who come visit, so every outing in a car is slow going. Just enjoy the view and plan ahead.

The sound of the creek flowing water was a treat. The redwood trees in the yard are impressive. The kitchen worked well for Thanksgiving meal prep and enjoyed the big kitchen table. Great combination of a restored home with modern upgrades. Extremely clean and well equipped. Jenni communicates well and provided great recommendations. We are very thankful to have the opportunity to stay at this house.

Great location to the beach, easy to walk to, parking was alittle rough for 2 cars but doable. Enjoyed our time and nice to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the view in the evenings and mornings! Home was clean and alot of space, loved the patio's

What a peaceful place. We had a great short visit and hope we can come again! The place is even better than the photos. We spent hours watching the birds, ocean and sun set and rise. It was great that we could bring our dog along too!

We spent three nights at Alberto's residence as part of a reunion of very old friends. The house, the deck, the fireplace gathering space, and the creek encouraged relaxation and recollection among old friends. The proximity to groceries, dining, the beach (Santa Cruz), and even live music (many options to choose from in the area), were amazing! Alberto was easy to communicate with and the check-in and checkout procedure was easy and no hassle. The property was immaculate and homey, and the appliances and amenities were more than we expected. In all, the stay exceeded our expectations and my choice of a gathering spot was well-received by my friends. So, thanks Alberto for making me look good! ;) In all, highly recommended! So much so that my wife and I will likely reserve it for time with (other) friends and family in the Fall.

Terrific place, clean and beautifully laid out. Loved the big screen TV with surround sound speakers in the ceiling.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

¡Muy buen departamento para hospedarse en Watsonville!. El lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, con todo el equipamiento necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda y agradable en familia o amigos. Es tal como se describe en la publicación. A unos 10 minutos en auto del centro de Watsonville. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarse relativamente cerca de Carmel o Monterrey. Soojin fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento y sin lugar a dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!
